Butterpecan Banana Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Mix cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla in a sauce pan. Heat over low heat to near simmer. Mix egg yolks and temper. Add to cream mixture, stirring constantly. Heat over low heat for 8 minutes more. Cool mixture thoroughly then chill.
Toast pecans in butter and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. Melt chocolate.
Smash ripe banana into custard mix then pour into chilled ice cream maker. Once mixture begins to thicken, add pecans. Drizzle in melted chocolate just before mixture is ready.
