Preheat oven per the taco shell directions.
Preheat fryer to 350 degrees.
Cut fish into bite sized pieces and coat with fish fry. Fry until
crisp and drain on rack. Heat taco shells per package directions.
Mix chipotle puree with crema to taste.
Build taco with fish, chipotle/crema, shredded cabbage and salsa.
