- 1 1/2 lb White fish (e.g. grouper, cod,
etc.)
- 1 pkg Fish fry
(like Zatarains)
- 1 pkg Taco
shells
- 1 can Crema or sour cream
- 1 can Chipotle adobo, pureed
- 1/4 Head of cabbage, shredded
- Salsa
- Oil for frying fish
Preheat oven per the taco
shell directions.
Preheat fryer to 350
degrees.
Cut fish into bite sized pieces
and coat with fish fry. Fry until crisp and drain on rack. Heat
taco shells per package directions. Mix chipotle puree with crema to
taste.
Build taco with fish,
chipotle/crema, shredded cabbage and salsa.
Yield: 3 servings
