1 1/2 lb Fish Fillets (grouper, mahi mahi,
etc.)

1 pkg Taco Shells or soft taco wraps

Seasoning for fish (Old Bay, Emeril's
Essence, etc.)

1 can Crema or sour cream
-
1 can Chipotle adobo, pureed

1/4 Head of cabbage, shredded

Preheat oven per the taco shell directions (if using
hard shells). Preheat the grill on high (or hot fire if using
charcoal).
Rub the fillets with olive oil. Salt and
Pepper to taste. Season fillets with seasoning of choice. Cook
on grill over high heat, usually about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Heat taco shells per package directions
for hard shells.
Mix chipotle puree with crema to taste. Break fish into bite sized
pieces.
Build taco with fish, chipotle/crema, shredded cabbage and salsa.
