Green Goddess Dressing

Anchovy filets, soaked in cold water for 5 minutes then dried and coarsely
chopped
- 3/4
C Mayonnaise
- 1/4
C Sour cream
- 2

Chives, fresh and thinly sliced
- 2

Parsley, flat leaved and minced
- 1 1/2
t Tarragon, fresh and minced
- 3/4
t Basil, fresh
and chopped
- 1

Shallots, minced
- 1
T
Lemon juice, fresh
- 1/4
t Kosher salt
(to taste)

Black pepper, fresh
Combine ingredients (except salt
and pepper) in a blender. Puree until smooth. Season
to taste with salt and pepper. Store up to 2 days in the
refrigerator.
