Suzie's Meat Loaf

• 1 lb                    Ground chuck

• 1/2 lb                 Ground veal (or pork sausage)

• 1 med                Onion, chopped

• 1                        Egg

• 2                        Garlic cloves, pressed

• 2 T                     Milk

• 1/2 C                 Ketchup

• 1 C                    Breadcrumbs

• 2 T                     Parsley, fresh, chopped

•                           Salt

•                           Black pepper, fresh

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

 

Mix ingredients well and form into a loaf.  Place in an 11 X 7 (or similar) casserole dish.  Top with ketchup or sauce of choice.  Bake  for 50 to 60 minutes.

 

Yield 6 servings
