Broccoli Salad

  • 1 pkg                Broccoli florets, fresh

  • 1 pkg                Broccoli slaw mix

  • 2 bunches         Green onions, sliced

  • 1 C                   Slivered almonds

  • 1 C                   Sunflower seeds

  • 3 pkgs               Ramen noodles, chicken flavored

Dressing

  • 1 1/2 C             Canola oil

  • 3/4 C                Sugar

  • 1/2 C                Vinegar, white

  • Seasonings from Ramen noodles

Place florets, slaw mix, green onions, almonds and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.  Do not mix yet.

Break uncooked noodles into fine pieces over the top.  Combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad.  Mix all ingredients at this time.  Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
