Mix all ingredients together except crabmeat. Fold crabmeat in last,
preserving lumps. Place in small, buttered casserole or individual
ramekins. Sprinkle
top with Old Bay seasoning and bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes (or until
browned on top). Serve hot with blue corn chips, toasted pitas,
crackers, bread, etc.
Can easily modify with artichoke hearts, onions, mushrooms, other fish or
meat.
