Dirty Banana

• 1 oz Banana Rum Cream

• 1 oz Rum, white

• 1 oz Crème De Cacao

• 3 oz Heavy cream (or 1/2 and 1/2)

• 2 oz Coconut milk

• 1 Banana, quartered

• 2 C Crushed ice

Mix all liquid ingredients.  Place the banana and 1/2 C ice in a blender.  Pour enough liquid to cover and blend until smooth.  Slowly add remaining ice and liquid while blending.  Continue to blend until smooth.  Serve as is or over crushed ice.

Yield:  2 servings
