Sloppy Joes

  • 1 - 1 1/2 lb                Ground chuck

  • 1/2 - 3/4 C                Ketchup

  • 1/4 C                         Light brown sugar

  •                                   Salt

  •                                   Black Pepper

Brown the ground chuck and drain as necessary.  Add ketchup and brown sugar.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Serve on sandwich buns.
